General

Who can I contact if I have problems with tickets?

The “Tourismus Region Klagenfurt am Wörthersee GmbH” as the operator of the platform is happy to help with any questions or problems with the app. You can contact them, for example, via the Help/Contact item in the profile.

Does the app work offline?

Yes. If you temporarily have no internet connection, the app shows cached data. However, without an internet connection, you will not be able to make any purchases. Note, if you have purchased a ticket, an internet connection is NOT required for redemption.

Why are tickets not bookable for some destinations?

In order for you to be able to buy tickets in the app, the respective provider must cooperate with the “Tourismus Region Klagenfurt am Wörthersee GmbH”. Even though there are more and more destinations, there are destinations with which there is currently no cooperation – other destinations or places are freely accessible.  

Can I forward purchased tickets?

Yes, if the provider allows it. Not all tickets are transferable. To forward a ticket on Android, press the three dots on the right of the ticket in Wallet and then select Forward. On iOS, you can access the option by swiping the ticket to the left. You will then need to enter the email address of the desired recipient.

If the recipient is not yet registered in the system, he will receive an invitation email. He must register with this email address to which the ticket was sent in order to find it in his wallet.

Recipients of forwarded tickets must first accept them before you can use them. To do this on Android, press the three dots on the right of the ticket and then select Accept; on iOS, slide the ticket to the left.

A ticket in my wallet is grayed out and can’t be used, why?

If you have been forwarded a ticket by someone, you must first accept it before you can use it. To do this on Android, tap the three dots on the right of the ticket; on iOS, slide the ticket to the left. Then select Accept.

How can I have my personal data deleted?

You can request the deletion of your personal data by contacting us via email at info@visitklagenfurt.at or by mail:

You can also delete your personal data in the All in ONE app yourself by:

  1. switching to the profile page,
  2. tapping on “Delete Account”,
  3. and confirming the security prompt.

If this option does not appear, you must first log in with your password.

Please note that for legal reasons, we must retain billing-relevant data for 7 years.

Permissions

Why does the app want Bluetooth access (to communicate with nearby devices)?

Some tickets can only be redeemed via Bluetooth. In this case, the app uses Bluetooth to transfer the ticket to the terminal at the respective operator.

Why does the app want to access my location?

The location access permission is only needed to display your position on the map and to determine the distance of the various excursion destinations from your current location. Your position will not be transmitted to the internet and will not be stored.

Registration

Can I use the app without registering?

Yes, you can use the app without registration to browse around, find interesting excursion destinations and get navigated there. However, buying tickets is not possible anonymously, to buy something you need to register and provide a credit card in the profile.

The confirmation link sent to me does not work, I get the error message “User cannot be confirmed. Current status is CONFIRMED”.

This error message means that you have already confirmed your email address. You don’t need to register anymore, you can log in directly.

If you have forgotten your password, tap on “Forgot password”.

The confirmation link sent to me does not work, I get the error message “Invalid verification link provided”.

Please note that the verification link is only valid for 24 hours. After that you have to request a new link by trying to log in, then you will be asked if you want to be sent a new link.

Please also note that each time you resend a confirmation link, all previous links become invalid. So only the latest link will work.

Credit card

Do I need a credit card?

You can use the app immediately without registering and without a payment method. If you want to obtain a ticket, you need to register, as all tickets are stored centrally on our server. Only if the desired product is chargeable, a stored payment method is also required. The app will make you aware of this.

What payment methods are supported?

At the moment credit and debit cards of major card issuers like Visa, Mastercard or American Express are supported.

Where can I add my credit card?

You need to be registered and logged in. Then you will see the payment settings item in your profile. There you can add, delete credit cards and set the default payment method.

How do I delete the deposited credit card?

To delete a deposited credit card, you need to swipe the desired card to the side in the profile under payment settings. Then the option to delete will pop up.

My credit card is about to expire, what should I do?

Our payment service provider works with card networks and automatically tries to update card information when a customer gets a new card. For automatic card updates, the card issuer must participate in this network and provide this information.

Alternatively, you can simply add your new card as a second payment method and select it as the default method (tap it).

Is my credit card information secure? Who can access it?

We work with the payment service provider Stripe to guarantee the highest possible protection. Your credit card information is not collected by us, you enter your numbers directly into a form provided by Stripe. We do not have access to your credit card number ourselves.

Purchase

Who is the seller of the tickets?

When you buy a product in the app, you buy it directly from the seller. The “Tourismus Region Klagenfurt am Wörthersee GmbH” only acts as an intermediary.

How do I redeem a purchased ticket?

You will find purchased tickets in your virtual wallet. Some tickets can be redeemed via QR code, others via Bluetooth. You can view the QR code by simply tapping on the ticket. If the ticket can be redeemed via Bluetooth instead, the Redeem button will light up blue. When you are within range of the reader. When the cashier is ready to redeem your ticket, press the button.

My ticket disappears when I redeem it, where can I find it again?

Tickets that can be redeemed only once (one-way tickets) will disappear after successful use. If you need the ticket again, you can find it by going to the profile in the navigation and tapping on Orders.

Can I cancel a purchased ticket?

The provider can determine whether his tickets can be canceled or not. To cancel a purchased ticket, on Android, press the three dots on the right side of the ticket and then select Cancel. On iOS, slide the ticket to the left instead to see this option.

If you cancel, you will be refunded the full purchase price.

Where do I see an invoice for a purchased ticket?

Immediately after your purchase, you will receive an email confirmation of your payment. You can find a formal invoice from the provider in your profile under Orders in PDF format.

Wörthersee Plus Card

What is the Wörthersee Plus Card and how can I get it?

All guests staying in the region are issued the Wörthersee Plus Card by their accommodation provider. The card can be handed out either digitally, as an e-mail or in paper form. As a holder of a Wörthersee Plus Card, you can use many excursion destinations at significantly reduced rates.

What benefits does the Wörthersee Plus Card offer?

What do I have to do to use the discount of the Wörthersee Plus Card?

As soon as you have added your Wörthersee Plus Card in the app, you will automatically be shown the respective discount and the discounted prices of the participating providers. To add your Wörthersee Plus Card, all you have to do is press the corresponding button in your wallet and enter the number of your Card.

Of course, you can also simply show your Card when paying on site at the cash desk and thus take advantage of the discount.
